# Anthropic把银行窃案中现身的Claude交给电网守护者

## 黑客曾问Claude：盗取的银行数据去哪卖

10月7日，[CrowdStrike](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/crowdstrike)[公布日志](https://www.infosecurity-magazine.com/news/chinese-hacker-ai-korean-banks/)，显示一名疑似位于中国的攻击者曾请Claude帮忙寻找Telegram群组，以出售从韩国多家银行数万名客户处窃取的数据[1][2]。次日，[Anthropic](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/anthropic)宣布CrowdStrike成为一项计划的创始合作伙伴，该计划要把Claude送入守护电网和供水系统的企业内部[4]。

## 11家企业接入，价格未披露

[关键基础设施防御计划](https://www.axios.com/2026/10/08/anthropic-critical-infrastructure-cybersecurity)（Critical Infrastructure Defense Program）向埃森哲、博思艾伦、CrowdStrike、德勤、Dragos、日立、Insane Cyber、Nozomi Networks、[派拓网络](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/palo-alto-networks)、普华永道和罗克韦尔自动化提供前沿Claude模型、驻场工程师和威胁研究[4][5]。Anthropic没有说明接入是否免费、算力账单由谁支付，也没有说明修复方案如何在不造成干扰的前提下，在运行中的公用事业系统上完成实测[4]。自6月以来，Claude已进入美国过半数的州[5]。

## 被挡在国防合同之外，Claude转身进入公用事业

就在计划启动前13天，联邦上诉法院裁定五角大楼有权将Claude继续排除在国防合同工作之外；Anthropic正在权衡是否上诉，而法院并无受理义务[6]。Anthropic自己的预测也承认，短期内占据上风的是攻击方，因为利用漏洞的成本已变得低廉，修复漏洞却仍要依靠人力[5]。[微软](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/microsoft)的测算显示，AI把攻击周期从数天压缩至数分钟[2]。

## 揪出漏洞2.9万个，人工核查约6000个

“网络任务”的开源部分勾勒出风险的形状。六个月内，Anthropic的模型在关键项目中[标记出超过2.9万个候选漏洞](https://thenextweb.com/news/anthropic-cyber-mission-critical-infrastructure-oss-scanner)；公司员工审核了约6000个；近5000份未经审核的报告，发给了那些要求“全部发送”的维护者[3][7]。在经核查的97项高严重性发现中，有85项成立[7]。服务协议将Anthropic的赔偿责任上限设定为每份报告1000美元[3]。

## 算力账单才是关键信号
