# Anthropic prices Claude for financial advisors at $4,800 per 20 seats; FINNY charges $50 a month

> A day after Anthropic filed to list on Nasdaq as ANT, its Claude for Financial Advisors product picked up six connectors and its first public price: $4,800 for 20 seats. Startup FINNY went the other way, charging $50 a month plus an undisclosed share of the assets it helps advisors win.

[Anthropic](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/anthropic) [filed its S-1](https://theinference.org/article/anthropic-s-s-1-puts-an-80-7-billion-half-year-loss-behind-a-2-trillion-ipo-ask) on October 26, 2026, for a Nasdaq listing as ANT, with share count and price range unset [1]. The next day its advisor suite, Claude for Financial Advisors, took six connectors: CAIS, Conquest, FINNY, [Invesco](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/invesco), [MSCI](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/msci) and Jump [2]. Invesco put its model portfolios inside, MSCI its indexes and risk data, FINNY its prospect lists [2]. [The filing behind them](https://decrypt.co/381818/anthropic-makes-ipo-filing-public-plans-nasdaq-listing-under-ant) shows the stakes: $16.29 billion of revenue in the six months to June 30, 2026, against $1.16 billion a year earlier [1].

*Chart: **From $41 million in 2023 to $16.29 billion in half a year of 2026** Anthropic's reported revenue climbed from $41 million in 2023 to $16.29 billion in the first half of 2026.*

*Reported revenue from Anthropic's S-1 filing, published October 26, 2026. The final bar covers only the six months to June 30, 2026; the others are full years. [1]*

## A $4,800 floor that sidelines 11,000 firms

The price of the seat arrived the same week. Claude for Financial Advisors requires a minimum of 20 seats at $4,800, a bill [RIABiz](https://riabiz.com/a/2026/10/24/schwab-trumpeted-anthropics-claude-for-all-16000-of-its-rias-but-a-20-seat-enterprise-minimum-suddenly-sidelines-11000-plus-small-firms-right-before-impact-2026) reports as annual, though [Private Wealth Daily](https://www.privatewealthdaily.com/story/claude-sets-4-800-seat-minimum-finny-s-50-fee-adds-asset-share) notes the webinar never stated the period [3][5]. Anthropic go-to-market executive Drew Parker told advisors there is "no path" for now to a lower count [3].

Schwab Advisor Services, [the product's only custodian since September 14, 2026](https://www.nasdaq.com/press-release/charles-schwab-and-anthropic-bring-claude-independent-registered-investment-advisors), serves more than 16,000 registered investment advisors, and 11,000 of those firms hold under $100 million in assets [4][3]. A five-advisor firm clears the floor by paying for 15 seats it cannot fill [5].

## FINNY sells the outcome and keeps the rate quiet

FINNY, a New York prospecting startup founded in 2024 and [valued near $150 million](https://www.forbes.com/sites/martinacastellanos/2025/12/18/finny-raises-17-million-as-it-seeks-to-upend-advisor-prospecting-with-artificial-intelligence/), moved from a $500-a-month subscription to $50 a month plus a share of the assets it helps advisors win, a rate it has not published [6][7][5].

Visionary Square, a hybrid RIA with more than 250 advisors across 140 firms, pays the $50 itself [7][5]. "[We want FINNY to be available in Claude, where they're already operating](https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20261027554268/en/FINNY-Comes-to-Anthropics-Claude-for-Financial-Advisors-Bringing-Campaign-Results-and-Prospect-Data)," chief executive Eden Ovadia said [7]. Her backers include Jason Wenk of Altruist, the custody challenger pressing Schwab, and former Vanguard chief William McNabb [6].

## Sticky clients, rising tolls, one missing number

Investors may not reward either model: 43 percent told a KPMG/SIFMA study they are unlikely to switch advisors for better AI tools, up 8 points, and 52 percent still name the advisor their primary source [5]. Fitch scores wealth managers 40 of 100 on AI disruption risk, double its mark for investment banks [5].

The connectors also face tolls, as Orion starts charging vendors for API access and [Salesforce](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/salesforce) meters AI calls [5]. Parker says Anthropic is "working to see" whether the seat count can drop [3]. Until FINNY publishes its cut, this lane costs a known $4,800 against a percentage nobody has seen [3].

## Takeaway

Claude for Financial Advisors now requires 20 seats at $4,800, a floor that leaves 11,000 of Schwab's 16,000 RIAs on the sidelines, while FINNY dropped to $50 a month plus an asset share it has not published.
