# Cloudflare收购Deno：买下曾让客户离开自家Workers平台的开源软件

## Node.js之父刚刚卖掉了“出口”

瑞安·达尔当初打造Deno，为的是修正Node.js没做好的地方[1][2]。今年8月，他的团队发布了celld——[一套Cloudflare Workers与持久对象（Durable Objects）的开源实现](https://blog.cloudflare.com/deno-joins-cloudflare/)，能在任何人掌控的硬件上跨机器扩展[1][3]。[10月9日，Cloudflare收购了这家公司，交易条款未予披露](https://thenewstack.io/cloudflare-acquires-deno-ryan-dahl/)[1]。

关停倒计时随收购公告一同启动[1][2]：Deno Deploy的付费客户有六个月时间迁往收购方的平台；运行时将按月获得补丁，为期一年，此后开发终止。对持有Cloudflare股票（代码NET）的投资者而言，这笔交易押注的是：可移植性将拓宽通向[Cloudflare](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/cloudflare)计算业务的漏斗，而非承认Workers的护城河需要修补。

## 融了2600万美元，卖价秘而不宣

Deno前后两轮融资合计约2600万美元：2021年完成590万美元种子轮融资，又于2022年6月21日宣布[由红杉资本领投的2100万美元A轮融资](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deno_%28software%29)[1][2][4]。出售条款未披露[1]，这笔钱的回报倍数也随之无从知晓。

同一天，市场还给相邻的技术层定了价：安德森·霍洛维茨（a16z）领投了[TypeSafe一轮8.7亿美元的融资，对该公司的估值为75亿美元](https://siliconangle.com/2026/10/09/jev-creator-typesafe-closes-870m-round-at-7-5b-valuation/)，后者的Jev决策模型正与Cloudflare的Clef产品线对垒[5][6]。红杉资本亦在投资方之列，而它正是Deno自家A轮融资的领投方[5]。Deno的投资者以未披露的价格退出了运行时层[1]。

## 平台掏钱，拆掉自家的陷阱

要说互联网最爱用来指责Cloudflare锁定客户的，就是持久对象：围绕它搭建的应用很难迁走，celld正是那把解锁的钥匙[3]。Cloudflare给出的回应，是把它买下来。

“如果这套模式只归我们独家所有，那会收窄我们的TAM。”Cloudflare杰出工程师Kenton Varda这样说；让这套模式在每一家云服务商上都能运行，“最终会反过来惠及我们”[1]。他承认，Cloudflare“就是没有合适的人才把这件事做成”，也承认workerd的持久对象历来只能以单实例运行[1][2][3]。

## 同一天，降价58%

这笔押注落在一门仍在为增长持续投入的生意上：2026年第二季度营收6.961亿美元，同比增长35.9%，营业亏损2.057亿美元[7]。

就在同一天，Cloudflare[将Clef-flash托管服务的输入价格从每百万token 0.09美元下调至0.038美元](https://runtimewire.com/article/cloudflare-clef-omni-multimodal-decision-model)[6]，价目表证实了这一价格[8]。各运行时平台的共同趋势是整合：2025年12月，[Anthropic](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/anthropic)收购了Node.js的另一款替代品Bun[1]。达尔口中的头奖是智能体（agent）：在这条赛道上，持久对象把低成本的执行、持久状态与WebSocket打包进同一套框架[1][9]。

## “出口”确实管用，但房东把它买了下来

Varda的辩护有案可查：[2022年，Shopify曾要求先有开源运行时，才肯在Workers上构建应用](https://www.technobezz.com/news/deno-joins-cloudflare-expand-workers-self-hosting)；也有前客户用workerd迁离了Cloudflare[3][10]。“我们相信，这里只有开源的版本能赢。”达尔说[1]。

各项期限已经排定：Deno Deploy将在六个月后、2027年4月前后停止服务，运行时补丁按月发布，持续到2027年10月[1][2]。Cloudflare承诺将在“未来几个月”披露更多关于合并后celld-workerd运行时的信息[3]。达尔表示，合并后的项目预计继续保持开源，很可能沿用celld目前已采用的Apache 2.0许可证[1]。对持有Cloudflare股票（代码NET）的投资者而言：一个开放的Workers模式[给Cloudflare的计费表“上量”](https://theinference.org/article/cloudflare-s-bouncer-now-runs-the-bank-for-ai-agents)的速度，快过一个封闭模式守住它的速度。

## Takeaway

Cloudflare为Workers的可移植性掏了钱：Deno开源的celld运行时如今接入同一套计费系统，Deno Deploy预计2027年4月前后关停，运行时补丁再维持一年，随后终止。
