## 今やポケベルに出るのはエージェント

[Cognition](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/cognition)が開発する自律型ソフトウェアエンジニア「Devin」が[10月15日にオンコール当番に就いた](https://runtimewire.com/article/cognition-devin-oncall-production-incidents)[1]。「Devin Oncall」はアラート、バグ報告、障害の発生をきっかけに動き、テレメトリーデータとコード、デプロイの履歴をたどって根本原因を突き止め、エンジニアがレビューするための修正プルリクエストを開く[1][2]。焦点は金の流れだ。障害1件の請求書を誰が切るのか。修正を書くエージェントを売るのは[Cognition](https://docs.devin.ai/product-guides/devin-oncall)で、診断を売る上場ベンダーがこの取引でリスクに晒される側に立つ。

Cognitionによると、エージェントは発表前から1日数千件の本番アラートを処理していたという。あくまで同社がX(旧ツイッター)で自ら主張した数字だ[1]。トリガーとなるのはSlackチャンネル、[米マイクロソフト](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/microsoft)のTeamsメッセージ、[PagerDuty](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/pagerduty)のインシデントなどだ[2]。道筋は5月18日に示されていた。アラートを監視してプルリクエストを開く「Auto-Triage」が動き始めたのだ[3]。

## 売り手は10億ドルの年を主張する

Cognitionは[9月25日、年換算売上高(ランレート)の10億ドル到達を発表](https://finance.yahoo.com/technology/ai/articles/cognition-ai-hits-1-billion-155008652.html)した。5月に主張していた4億9200万ドルの2倍だ。実際の売上高は明らかにしていない[3][4]。背後には、[9月8日に企業価値評価480億ドルで20億ドル超を調達](https://www.pymnts.com/news/artificial-intelligence/2026/cognition-secures-48-billion-valuation-as-demand-for-ai-coding-surges/)した資金がある。主導したのはアンドリーセン・ホロウィッツとアクセルだ[5]。エンタープライズ(大企業向け)契約には最高1000万ドルの「AI生産性保証(AI Productivity Guarantee)」が付く。Devinが顧客の支払額に見合うエンジニアリング価値を届けられなければ、Cognitionが使用分を負担する[3]。

## ダイナトレースが「修正を書く側」に目を貸す

本番システムを監視する上場ベンダーの[ダイナトレース](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/dynatrace)は、ローンチパートナーに名を連ねる[7]。同社はDevinマーケットプレイスにプラグインを出し、MCP(モデル・コンテキスト・プロトコル)――エージェントが外部のツールを照会できるようにするプロトコル――を通じて、根本原因の特定結果、ログ、メトリクス、トレース、デプロイイベントをDevinに流し込む[7]。[同社のブログ](https://www.dynatrace.com/news/blog/devin-oncall-and-dynatrace-bringing-runtime-intelligence-to-autonomous-incident-response/)はこの取引の構図をこう説明する。「推測をもとに動くエージェントに許されるのは推奨の提示まで。事実をもとに動くエージェントには、行動を任せられる」[7] 売上配分も、障害1件当たりの課金も、その他の商業条件も一切公開されていない。

## データドッグは修正を内製した

2025年12月期の売上高が34億ドル[9]の[データドッグ](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/datadog)は、もう一つの道を売る。[アラートを自律的に調査するAI SRE(サイトリライアビリティエンジニアリングを担うAI)「Bits Investigation」](https://www.datadoghq.com/product/ai/bits-ai-agents/)と、データドッグ自身のテレメトリーデータに基づいて本番環境に投入できる修正を書く「Bits Code」だ[10]。売上高17億ドル[11]の[Elastic](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/elastic)も、[障害を検知して調査する自社のAI SRE「nightshift」](https://www.elastic.co/observability)を出している[12]。Devinの修正はすべてプルリクエストとしてエンジニアのレビューに回るが、どの程度マージされているかを示す独立した統計はない[1][2]。

## 次の読みどころは決算説明会と契約

最初の物差しは、来四半期に開かれるオブザーバビリティー(システム監視)企業の決算説明会だ。エージェントによる障害対応が売上として計上されるのか、リスクとして表面化するのかを見る機会になる。2つ目の物差しは、クリス・デグナン氏が交わす最初のエンタープライズ(大口法人向け)契約だ。氏は[10月12日にCognitionの最高収益責任者(CRO)に就任した](https://theinference.org/article/cognition-hires-snowflake-s-chris-degnan-as-revenue-chief-with-devin-s-run-rate-at-1-billion)[6]。エージェントはすでにポケベル呼び出しに応じている。だが、障害の請求書はまだ書きかけだ。

## Takeaway

Cognitionの「Devin Oncall」はポケベルをエージェントに持たせる。ローンチパートナーのダイナトレースは根本原因データを供給する。収益分配や契約条件が表に出るまで、修正を書く側と診断を売る側のどちらが障害の請求書を切るのかは分からない。
