# fal、評価額150億ドルの協議か 料金表は19日おきに動く

## 7日で請求額を2倍にした料金表

2026年10月9日、[fal](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/fal)経由でFlux 3を使って画像編集をしていた開発者は、1メガピクセルあたり0.024ドルを支払っていた[1][2]。ところが7日後、同じエンドポイントの単価は0.048ドルに倍増。1ドルで処理できた41.67メガピクセルが、20.83メガピクセルに目減りした[1]。10月22日時点でも[fal自社の料金ページ](https://fal.ai/pricing)には倍増後の単価がそのまま載り、1ドルあたり20.83枚と表示されていた[2]。2021年創業のfalは推論を商う会社だ。借りたGPUの上で他のラボの画像・動画・音声モデルを稼働させており、公表する料金表こそ、生成メディア開発者が予算を組む基準となるメーターである。

## 投資家が取り沙汰するのは、fal自ら公表した直近評価額の3倍

10月15日、[GMT Eightが関係者2人の話として報じた](https://gmteight.com/flash/detail/1531714)ところでは、falは評価額150億ドルを目標に投資家と協議してきた。3人目の関係者は、目標は170億～200億ドルに達する可能性があり、交渉はなお初期段階だとしている[3]。[fal自身が公表した直近の評価額は45億ドル](https://theinference.org/article/fal-courts-a-doubling-of-its-4-5-billion-mark-in-the-week-openai-halved-inference-prices)だ。これは[2026年5月19日の発表](https://www.streetinsider.com/Business+Wire/fal+Scales+the+Worlds+Largest+Generative+Media+Platform+with+AWS%2C+Serving+2.5+Million+Developers/26519621.html)にさかのぼる。セコイア・キャピタルが主導するシリーズDで、累計調達額は3億ドルとなった[4]。

## 同じ週、falのメーターは上下両方向に動いた

10月15日、falは競合ラボの画像編集モデルKrea 3を[メガピクセル当たり0.025ドルで料金表に掲載した](https://theterminal.space/ai/krea-3-fal-api-live-8-reference-images-025-per-megapixel)。課金は出力画像と参照画像1枚ごとに発生し、1メガピクセルの参照画像2枚を使った編集は0.075ドル、ハイリーソニング（high reasoning）を伴う場合は0.2ドルとなる[8]。

翌16日、falは自社モデルFlux 3の画像編集の単価を0.048ドルに倍増した。これで競合ラボの編集モデルは、fal自身の料金の約半分の値段で並ぶことになった[1]。10月19日には、[ブラックフォレスト・ラボの動画生成モデルFLUX 3 Maxを1秒当たり0.085ドルで掲載](https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/fal-launches-flux-3-max-delivering-1-tier-image-to-video-quality-at-industry-leading-speeds-302913033.html)し、75％引きの価格で3週間の提供を始めた。[The Inferenceが報じた](https://theinference.org/article/black-forest-labs-gives-klein-away-free-fal-prices-flux-3-max-at-75-off-and-keeps-the-customer)通り、割引は11月9日ごろまで続く[2][9]。

これで90日間に料金変更は5回、平均すると19日に1回のペースとなる。falは画像編集の単価を倍増した理由を説明していない[1]。

## コンピュート需要は過熱、コンピュート企業への信用は冷え込み

強気材料は利用量だ。AIコンピュートを手掛ける上場企業[ネビウス](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/nebius)の最高収益責任者（CRO）、[マーク・ボロディツキー](https://theinference.org/markets/people/marc-boroditsky)氏は10月21日、コンピュート価格は想定を上回るペースで上昇しており、メガワット当たりの価格には「継続的な上昇余地」があると述べた。[スペースX](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/spacex)もAI収益75億6000万ドルを発表。価格はワット当たり30～50ドルのレンジの上限を上回る水準だ[10]。

信用市場が示すのは逆の方向だ。[コアウィーブ](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/coreweave)の株価は[10月16日までの1週間で25%下落](https://finance.yahoo.com/markets/stocks/articles/coreweave-stock-fell-25-last-081349155.html)し、2032年満期の社債は1ドル当たり79.5セント近辺で取引された。債務保険のコストに当たる5年物クレジット・デフォルト・スワップ（CDS）は過去最高の1194.5ベーシスポイントに達した。6月は452だった[11]。

アイレンとネビウスもそろって下落した[10]。一方のFireworks AIは今月、評価額を倍増させる調達交渉を進めるさなかに、侵入者が社内の認証情報を使って一部の顧客データにアクセスしたと明らかにした[6]。

## 注目は11月4日と11月9日

19日おきというペースが続けば、次の料金改定は11月4日ごろに来る。11月9日にはFLUX 3 Maxの割引が終了し、通常価格に戻る[12][6]。Modalはロイターに対し、年換算収益が3億ドルを超えたと明かした。Fireworks AIは10億ドル超と主張する。falは何も語っていない[12][6]。投資家に値づけが求められているのは、メーターの示す数値ではなく、メーターそのものだ。
