# 传fal洽谈150亿美元估值融资 价目表每19天一变

## 价目表一次调价，账单七天内翻倍

2026年10月9日，开发者通过[fal](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/fal)用Flux 3编辑图像，每百万像素付费0.024美元[1][2]。七天后，同一接口的价格涨到0.048美元：原先1美元能买41.67百万像素，如今只能买20.83[1]。截至10月22日，[fal自家定价页](https://fal.ai/pricing)上仍挂着翻倍后的价格，显示每1美元对应20.83张图[2]。fal成立于2021年，做的是推理生意：在租来的GPU上运行其他实验室的图像、视频和音频模型，而它公布的价目表，正是生成式媒体开发者做预算时盯着的那块“电表”。

## 投资者商谈的估值，是fal上次公布的三倍

## 同一周，fal的“电表”有涨有跌

10月15日，[fal上架竞争对手实验室的图像编辑模型Krea 3，挂牌价每百万像素0.025美元](https://theterminal.space/ai/krea-3-fal-api-live-8-reference-images-025-per-megapixel)，计费同时覆盖输出图和每一张参考图：带两张100万像素参考图的一次编辑收费0.075美元，开启高推理模式则为0.2美元[8]。

## 算力需求火热，算力信贷遇冷

看多的理由是用量。上市AI算力服务商[Nebius](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/nebius)的首席营收官[Marc Boroditsky](https://theinference.org/markets/people/marc-boroditsky)10月21日表示，算力价格的上涨速度快于预期，每兆瓦价格“持续上行”；[SpaceX](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/spacex)公布的AI收入为75.6亿美元，定价已高于每瓦30美元至50美元区间的上限[10]。
