## 这套结构为何说得通

偿债资金来自合资企业整体的现金流——合资企业持有Analogic全部股权，收入并不限于Leidos注入的6.25亿美元[3][4]。目前没有任何申报文件披露Analogic的规模，因此按合并收入衡量的杠杆水平，低于仅凭注入收入推算出的数字[3]。
