## Leidos拿到1500万美元,外加继续竞标的资格

Leidos到手的,是1500万美元,以及海军线上采购市场的一席之地。与同样参与该项目海上演示的另外两家公司PacMar Technologies和Sea Machines[6]一道,Leidos被认定已完成原型协议,据此获得1500万美元原型奖金,并获准入驻Drones.mil海上采购市场;按海军的说法,入驻企业“有资格获得后续生产协议”[4]。只不过,首批30艘没有一艘在这一资格范围内。

## 分散授单是政策安排,结果由交付决定

## 萨罗尼克拿得出的不只是船，还有实战履历
