# MARA向Galaxy转出8100万美元比特币 缘由至今无人说明

## 比特币已转出，公司保持沉默

10月9日，链上数据追踪平台[Lookonchain](https://lookonchain.com/feeds/76043)[发现996枚比特币（价值8113万美元）的动向](https://www.coindesk.com/markets/2026/10/09/mara-transfers-usd81-1-million-in-bitcoin-to-galaxy-digital-as-strategy-pivots-to-ai)：这些币从一个标记为[MARA](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/marathon-digital-holdings)的地址，转入一个标记为Galaxy Digital的地址。该平台将这笔转移称为“抛售”[1][2]。地址标签来自Arkham；链上数据只显示一笔转账，仅此而已：没有任何出售得到证实，[MARA](https://www.mara.com/)也未作出回应[1]。[公司新闻稿页面](https://ir.mara.com/news-events/press-releases)上，最新的内容仍停留在8月6日发布的业绩[3]，其X账号自10月8日起也再无更新[4]。Galaxy是一家加密金融服务商，为超过1700家机构对手方提供交易、托管和借贷服务，收到比特币的原因可以有很多[4]。

## 持仓缩水三分之一，逾半已质押

## 挖矿撑不起这场转型

## 另一种解读，和见分晓的日期

链上一笔转账并不能证实出售，最先报道的媒体也特意谨慎说明这一点 [1]。3月那轮出售目的明确，也收获了回报：当天股价大涨10% [7]；同一轮下跌中，[巨鲸逢低买入约1.5万枚比特币](https://247wallst.com/investing/cryptocurrency/2026/10/10/whales-bought-15000-bitcoin-in-three-days-while-mara-sold-81-million-who-has-it-right/) [7]。MARA表示，将继续“择机”变现比特币，“为运营和资本项目提供资金” [7]。其4.8吉瓦的项目储备，仍以4月30日宣布的Long Ridge电厂交易完成交割为前提 [3][13]；管理层预计，[12月31日前至少签署两份AI数据中心租约](https://theinference.org/article/mara-is-spending-its-bitcoin-to-buy-time-for-ai-leases-it-hasn-t-signed) [8]。掏钱的是比特币，许诺的还是租约。下一次持仓数据将揭晓这996枚比特币的去向；其余问题，12月31日见分晓。
