## 一台设备，交出500台防火墙

## 两家投行，同一批存量设备

TD Cowen[10月13日将Fortinet目标价从215美元上调至225美元](https://www.ad-hoc-news.de/boerse/news/corporate-news/td-cowen-raises-target-for-fortinet-stock-from-usd-215-to-usd-225/70327659)，理由是AI与数据中心需求，以及下半年收入增速超过20%[8]。三天后，[摩根士丹利](https://theinference.org/markets/companies/morgan-stanley)发布减持评级，认为防火墙更新换代的需求池比期望的要小[2]。但双方的论据，都落在同一批存量设备上。

Fortinet[第二季度收入为20.48亿美元，同比增长25.6%](https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001262039)，产品收入增长52%，管理层并将2026年指引上调至收入80.2亿至81.8亿美元、账单收入93.5亿至95.5亿美元[9][10][11]。第三季度指引为收入20.1亿至21.0亿美元、账单收入22.5亿至23.5亿美元，业绩将于10月28日发布——补丁期限过后九天[2][10]。

## 内部人士涨一路卖一路，从未买入

据Quiver Quantitative统计，过去六个月内部人士在公开市场共卖出39笔，买入为零。创始人兼首席执行官[谢青](https://theinference.org/markets/people/ken-xie)卖出327,469股，套现约5010万美元；首席运营官[John Whittle](https://theinference.org/markets/people/john-whittle)卖出价值约940万美元的股票[2]。截至10月12日，该股年内累计上涨144.7%，10月14日股价报184.05美元，当周收于169.13美元[10][8][3]。上涨途中卖出，本身说明不了什么；零买入才是规律。

## 补丁解决不了的问题

Unit 42关于调查范围的说明同样值得重视：调查人员仅检查了该托管服务提供商自身的环境，客户网络只是配置和凭据暴露，并未证实遭到入侵[5]。4月发布的补丁、10月标上的“已知被利用”标记，也勾勒出看多逻辑，因为风险暴露会迫使客户启动TD Cowen所预期的更新换代[6]。同一份报告也给出了警示：从管理平台窃取的信任材料（trust material），在该平台管理的每一台设备完成轮换之前始终有效，因此平台打上补丁，并不意味着入侵就此终结[5]。钥匙早在2024年9月就已被带走；在有人换锁之前，它们一直打得开门。
