More than 200 customers are now live on Vault CRM, with GSK, Ionis, Corcept and Novo among them [1]. The named leaders are deploying the Agentic Call Report, the first agent product out of the gate [1]. Novo is going further. Frank Armenante, Novo's director of field systems, says [his team will use the new Agentic Call Reporting and the Media Agent](https://www.veeva.com/customer-stories/vault-crm-momentum-200-customers-drive-transformation/), and that Veeva will "make that simple for us" [1].
