This index
Sales = worldwide semiconductor sales as the Semiconductor Industry Association announces them each month: a three-month moving average of billings, compiled by WSTS.
Growth = 100 × (this month's figure ÷ the same month a year earlier − 1), so the season does not show as a swing. Each month keeps the figure first announced for it.
