Arize is an AI observability and evaluation startup that came out of stealth in 2020, co-founded by Jason Lopatecki and Aparna Dhinakaran. Its Phoenix tool counts millions of monthly downloads and its Signal agent files fixes accepted 65 to 70 percent of the time. Dynatrace completed a $915 million acquisition of Arize on 1 October 2026, with the company continuing to run standalone.
