Binance is the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, saying it reaches 300 million users in more than 100 countries. In September 2026 it bought $100 million of Circle Class A shares at $80.84, about a 5% discount, while signing a five-year deal under which Circle pays it a monthly incentive fee to promote and hold USDC. It is now simultaneously Circle's discounted shareholder, paid distribution partner and voting owner.
