Equifax operates The Work Number, the incumbent US income and employment verification database, reported at more than 146 million US employment records. Its integration into Workday's Total Benefits is the only one of the three new verification integrations live today, and it has begun selling tools, like the April 2026 Record Indicator, that help lenders avoid paying for checks they do not need.
