It has also set up the Procura Auto Parts purchasing facility of up to $4.5 billion, funded by a JPMorgan Chase and Santander syndicate, which prepays suppliers to hold inventory for its production lines, with GM's payment undertakings accruing interest at SOFR plus 1.55% and falling due by 6 August 2029.
