价目表一次调价，账单七天内翻倍

2026年10月9日，开发者通过fal~$1B — fal, private, latest valuation ~$1B用Flux 3编辑图像，每百万像素付费0.024美元12。七天后，同一接口的价格涨到0.048美元：原先1美元能买41.67百万像素，如今只能买20.831。截至10月22日，fal自家定价页上仍挂着翻倍后的价格，显示每1美元对应20.83张图2。fal成立于2021年，做的是推理生意：在租来的GPU上运行其他实验室的图像、视频和音频模型，而它公布的价目表，正是生成式媒体开发者做预算时盯着的那块“电表”。

10月15日，GMT Eight援引两名知情人士报道称，fal已与投资者展开洽谈，目标估值150亿美元；第三位知情人士称，目标可能达到170亿至200亿美元，谈判尚处早期3。fal上次自行公布的估值是45亿美元，出自2026年5月19日的公告：红杉领投的D轮融资，迄今累计融资3亿美元4。

至此，fal已在90天内五次调整价格，平均每19天一次；至于图像编辑价格为何翻倍，fal未作说明1。

算力需求火热，算力信贷遇冷

看多的理由是用量。上市AI算力服务商Nebius−7.41% — Nebius, down 7.41 percent today的首席营收官Marc Boroditsky10月21日表示，算力价格的上涨速度快于预期，每兆瓦价格“持续上行”；SpaceX−7.37% — SpaceX, down 7.37 percent today公布的AI收入为75.6亿美元，定价已高于每瓦30美元至50美元区间的上限10。

信贷市场却指向相反方向：CoreWeave−9.53% — CoreWeave, down 9.53 percent today股价在截至10月16日的一周下跌25%，2032年到期债券成交价接近79.5美分，衡量其债务保险成本的五年期信用违约互换（CDS）升至创纪录的1194.5个基点，而6月时为452个基点11。

Iren与Nebius股价同步下滑10。与此同时，Fireworks本月披露，有入侵者利用内部凭证访问了部分客户数据——而此时公司正在洽谈估值翻倍的新一轮融资6。

两个日子：11月4日与11月9日

如果每19天一次的调价节奏延续，下一次调价将落在11月4日前后；11月9日，FLUX 3 Max的2.5折优惠到期，价格恢复全价126。Modal已向路透社表示，年化收入突破3亿美元；Fireworks自称超过10亿美元；fal则保持沉默126。投资者被要求为“电表”定价，而不是为读数定价。
