Coforge signed a record $1.04 billion in deals on 3.8% organic growth and raised margin guidance to 16%
A record $1.04 billion of deal signings and a raised 16% margin guide sit against 3.8% organic growth, leaving ten buys and one sell to argue whether AI is Coforge's profit engine or its pricing problem.

Coforge+4.87% — Coforge, up 4.87 percent today booked more work in three months than it ever had before, and the market barely blinked. The Indian IT-services firm signed a record $1.04 billion of new contracts in the September quarter, its highest-ever intake, and lifted its full-year EBIT margin guidance to 16% from 15.5% 12. Shares opened Monday at ₹1,847.70, fell 4.51% to a session low of ₹1,814.35, then recovered to trade about 1% higher intraday, from investors who have watched the stock rally 56% in six months 34.
The complication sits one line below the headline: organic growth in constant currency was just 3.8% sequentially 34. The 53.6% year-on-year revenue jump to ₹6,170.8 crore ($652.2 million) comes largely from consolidating Encora, the acquisition driving the reported numbers, and UBS reckons Encora's own revenue was broadly flat in the quarter 34. Citi+0.45% — Citi, up 0.45 percent today, the lone sell rating at ₹1,750, notes the 45% growth in the executable order book was "significantly boosted" by Encora's consolidation too 4.
AI is the margin lever, and the risk
Management credits AI for the margin push: AI deployed across 520-plus engagements and 260-plus agents in live operations, with utilization at 82.4% 56. CEO Sudhir Singh expects EBIT margin to reach 17% next year and wants Coforge among the top three scaled IT-services firms on margin 1; management targets a reported 17% margin in Q4 FY27 3. Coforge also added a second client with an annualized run-rate above $100 million, one of its highest-margin relationships 6. The buy camp, from Emkay's ₹2,100 to UBS's ₹2,460, is betting that conversion works 634.
The other camp
Nirmal Bang holds at ₹2,150 and flags generative-AI-led revenue compression and pricing pressure across the technology-services sector 3. Citi points to muted organic growth and wants cash conversion and organic order-book growth watched 24. Free cash flow of $53.8 million, 89% of profit after tax, buys management some cover there 4. The question resolves in January: Coforge promised eight or more large deals again in Q3 35.
Six buys at ₹2,100 to ₹2,460 against Citi's lone sell at ₹1,750
